DESIGN STAGE

The Detailing Department at GPM Metal Ltd consists of highly skilled and motivated professional structural and civil engineers.

Detailing for the production of shop and site drawings for fabrication and erection processes is performed in our premises using the TEKLA STRUCTURES V21* and STRUCAD
modelling software programs, as well as the CYPE static resolving program.

By TEKLA, GPM METAL’s structural engineers are experienced to create accurately detailed, highly constructible 3D structural models regardless of material or structural complexity (for example trusses) as follows:

-  Detail Design (static calculations)
-  Design of joint connections
-  Design 3-D model in Tekla software in order to prepare Shop-Installation Drawings

Through the static solution and modelling programs, our company is able to offer:
 
-  3D Design & Modelling in the design program Tekla Structures V20 and AutoCAD3D modelling of the building and of each metal construction
-  Production of General Drawings for Approval
-  Production of Cutting and Assembly Drawings
-  Material Lists
-  Erection Drawings
